«Do
not disturb me, I am profoundly occupied» This first verse of the poem
entitled Le jeu, written by the French-Canadian poet Saint-Denys Garneau,
presents a child playing with his toys, thus creating his own imaginary
universe.
This
concentrated child, playing joyfully, reminds us indeed of Marc de Canck,
chef and owner. It also depicts the style of cuisine we offer. Here,
only the pleasures of the table count. We therefore invite you to a
